Today we are putting a name and a front door on work that has been going on for a while. Onesage Inc. is an AI development company. We design and build intelligent applications for businesses.

Our line is simple: intelligent applications that run your business. This note explains what we mean by that, what we have built so far, and where we are headed.

Thank you for reading. We are glad you are here.

Why we exist

Something is changing in how companies operate. Software used to record what people did. Now it can act. It can read a schema, draft an entry, reconcile a ledger, watch a competitor, and send you a briefing before you wake up.

We call the companies that lean into this agentic businesses. A small team runs a large, complex operation because software carries much of the load. That kind of company needs a different software layer. It needs systems built for agents to work in, not systems where agents are bolted on as an afterthought.

That is the layer we build. Our long-term vision is businesses that run themselves, with humans steering.

What we have built

We have three products today. Each is a different answer to the same question: what does a business need so it can run with fewer hands and better decisions?

OneSage is our flagship, an AI data intelligence platform at onesage.ai. It connects your business data and lets you ask questions in plain language. "Show me overdue invoices above $10K" comes back with charts from live data in seconds. It generates presentations, spreadsheets and documents from that data. It runs autonomous agents that monitor KPIs, watch competitors, research leads and send scheduled briefings by email or WhatsApp. It works with 100+ business systems and understands 140+ languages. Enterprises can run it on their own infrastructure.

1800 ERP is an AI-native ERP built on ERPNext and the Frappe Framework, at 1800erp.com. Finance, sales, inventory, manufacturing and HR sit on one connected platform, with AI working quietly in the background. It is both a product and an implementation practice. We take growing companies off scattered spreadsheets and aging desktop systems and onto one source of truth, usually in about six weeks. The foundation is open source. There are no per-user license fees at any level, and you own your code and your data.

BrokerFlow is an insurance brokerage management platform at brokerflow.onesage.ai. It runs the full policy lifecycle from lead to quote to policy to renewal to claim. It computes commissions per policy and reconciles them against insurer statements. It gives sub-partners and customers their own portals. It produces the quarterly and annual regulatory returns in the exact format the regulator portal expects. Our first market is India, where brokers work under IRDAI regulation.

How the three fit together

Look at them side by side and a pattern shows up.

  • OneSage is the intelligence layer. It reads the systems you already have and turns them into answers and agents.
  • 1800 ERP is the system of record. It is where the transactions live, with AI inside the workflow.
  • BrokerFlow is what happens when we build the whole operation for one industry, end to end.

We expect to keep working at all three levels. Some businesses need intelligence on top of what they own. Some need a new core. Some need a platform shaped exactly to how their industry works.

How we work

We are remote-first and we deliver worldwide. The company is founder-led and deeply technical. Architecture decisions are made by people who write the code.

We try to keep our claims small and our software good. Where we quote a number, it is one we publish and stand behind. Where a product is early, we say so.

What comes next

More of the same, done better. We will keep pushing agents deeper into OneSage. We will keep putting document AI and forecasting to work inside 1800 ERP. BrokerFlow will grow with the brokers who use it every day. And, over time, we will build more industry platforms on the same idea.

If you run a business and want to see what an intelligent application looks like inside it, write to us at support@onesage.ai. If you want to help build tools for businesses that run themselves, write to careers@onesage.ai. We would like to hear from you.
